Hello Friends.
I support individuals and communities who are ready to awaken their joy, sensuality, and wholeness. I am a certified Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner, Wellness Coach, and Clairaudient Channel with more than twenty-five years of experience guiding transformation. I am also a devoted mother and intuitive guide whose work invites others to return to presence, embodiment, and the truth of who they are.

Together with my partner Scott Cloutier, I co-steward Our Hearts Enter, a living system created to awaken human potential through ceremony, education, and embodied leadership. I bring the heart, intuition, and feminine magic that breathe life into our shared vision, grounding the work in love, sensual wisdom, and the intelligence of the body.
My Story
Raised in New York by a lineage of strong Italian women, I was steeped from an early age in traditional healing, intuitive listening, and soul nourishment. My first teachers were family elders, midwives of the unseen, who taught me how to feel what others miss and how to offer presence with power.

Over time, I paired that ancestral wisdom with modern tools. I studied Psychology and Nutrition, became a certified yoga teacher and herbalist, and trained as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner. Yet my deepest learning has always come through life itself, mothering four wildly different children, walking beside my husband Scott in our shared work, and listening to the call of this living Earth.

Today, I support clients in awakening their joy, sensuality, and sovereignty. I am a student as much as a guide. I walk gently and fiercely with those who are ready to remember themselves and live in the fullness of their potential.

You will often find me on a farm, cooking barefoot, playing outside with my children, or listening to what the birds, the land, and my own body have to say.
