AnnaMaria Quagliata
I am an intuitive counselor, wellness practitioner, community builder, and co-founder of Our Hearts Enter. For more than twenty-five years, my work has centered on caring for people, cultivating connection, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.
My work is rooted in presence, embodiment, intuition, and a deep trust in the wisdom already within us. I support people navigating meaningful thresholds in their lives, relationships, identities, and sense of self, creating space for them to reconnect with their joy, sensuality, wholeness, and the deeper knowing beneath the noise.
I also lead Home Stewardship, our property management and home care practice serving the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Here, I bring the same quality of presence, relationship, and attention to the care of homes and the people connected to them.
Whether I am caring for a person, a relationship, a community, or a home, the impulse underneath my work is the same: to notice what needs care and create the conditions for life to flourish.
My Story
Raised in New York by a lineage of strong Italian women, I was steeped from an early age in traditional healing, intuitive listening, and soul nourishment. My first teachers were family elders, midwives of the unseen, who taught me to trust what I sensed, notice what others might miss, and offer presence with both tenderness and power.
Over time, I paired those early ways of knowing with modern tools. I studied Psychology and Nutrition, became a certified yoga teacher and herbalist, and trained as an Integrative Healing Arts Practitioner and Intuitive Counselor. Yet some of my deepest learning has come through life itself: mothering four wildly different children, building community, walking beside my partner Scott in our shared work, and listening to the wisdom of the living Earth.
Today, I support people in reconnecting with the parts of themselves that may have gone quiet: their joy, sensuality, intuition, sovereignty, wildness, and truth. I believe there is a deeper knowing within each of us, and my work is about creating the space and relationship that allows it to be heard.
I am a student as much as a guide. I walk gently and fiercely with those who are ready to remember themselves and live more fully as who they are. You will often find me cooking barefoot, gathering people around a table, playing outside with my children, caring for a home, or listening to what the birds, the land, and my own body have to say.
