Hello Friends.
I support high performers, visionaries, leaders, and creatives who are ready to move beyond achievement into embodied purpose. I am a certified integrative healing arts practitioner, applied shamanic counselor, hypnotherapist, permaculture designer, and natural builder. I am also a lifelong farmer and U.S. Navy veteran who has spent more than twenty years exploring the intersections of happiness, healing, and sustainability.

Together with my partner AnnaMaria Quagliata, I steward Our Hearts Enter, a living system created to awaken human potential through ceremony, education, and embodied leadership. I focus on the architecture of transformation while she brings the heart, artistry, and depth that move this work into lived experience. Our shared vision blends grounded strategy with spiritual intelligence to guide powerful people and communities in reclaiming their energy, intuition, and creative force.
My Story
I grew up speaking with the forests of New Hampshire. As a young boy, I often slept in the chicken coop or wandered barefoot beneath towering pine trees. The land held me through trauma I could not name then. I found safety not in systems but in the wild, among trees, soil, water, and the quiet presence of beings who asked nothing of me but my truth.

I left home for the U.S. Navy, serving six years and traveling the world. There I witnessed both the beauty of this shared planet and the violent misuse of power in extracting her gifts. I returned with one goal: to play college basketball. But it was environmental science that captured me. I fell in love with learning about the Earth, first through intellect, then through reverence.
​
Three degrees and a PhD in Environmental Engineering from Cornell later, I had designed systems but remained disconnected from the deeper intelligence of nature. I could measure sustainability, but I could not feel it. Something vital was missing.
So I stepped off the traditional path and began charting my own. I studied happiness, psychology, spirituality, behavior, and the energetic laws that govern life. I walked a path of healing, sometimes crawling and sometimes dancing, and gathered tools along the way through certifications in natural building, permaculture, the integrative healing arts, applied shamanic practice, and depth hypnosis.

This path has taught me to speak to both the spirit and the science of things. To feel the Earth not just as environment but as kin. To reclaim power not as control but as presence. And to support others in awakening their full potential through connection, creativity, ceremony, and sacred remembering.
